Presentation of a joint project of the Vipservice holding and the Mastercard international payment system - the Masterfly.online platform took place as a business breakfast for representatives of airlines. The airline program focused on premium segment (Russian holders of WorldMastercard Black Edition® and World Elite Mastercard) is designed to satisfy the discerning taste of such customers with exclusive offers from airlines and a host of additional options, for example, an upgrade or tickets with a significant discount for two passengers traveling together in the business class.
The benefit for partners of the project - aviation companies – lies in the focused access to the premium audience, which opens up opportunity to demonstrate individuality of their high class of transportation to the "profile" passenger and gain his or her loyalty. Due to a special technological solution, necessary targeting is provided with a feedback on effectiveness of proposals themselves (business analytics, CRM), actively communicating the most attractive parts of passenger experience - special offers and board service.
The idea was presented to the participants of the event in a form of a metaphor: "An airline is a beautiful flower, gradually revealing itself to a passenger."
