The holding's corporate business switched to Portbilet!

On 1 November, the holding's management congratulated the corporate business employees on the successful transfer of the operating activities of managers to the Portbilet system, and gifted them a large and tasty berry cake. The main goal of the innovation was to offer the client even better services without increasing the cost of the service charge, and the holding company coped with this task.

The use of the Portbilet system as a basic office computer equipment tool made it possible to organise the work of travel managers based on the the single window system. Now when providing the service to the client, the agent uses one entry point to get all the information, without spending time on additional offline interaction with suppliers and departments within the company.

The first results of the new approach to organising agents in the corporate business of the holding are already noticeable: the transaction cost has decreased and work productivity has increased significantly. An additional advantage of the new approach is the possibility to connect various reservation systems and suppliers with the best offers and conditions without the need to retrain the staff. However, the main beneficiaries of the changes occurring in the corporate unit are traditionally its clients, who have experienced an increase in the quality of provided services by speeding up the service and strict adherence to travel policies.

The transfer of the agents' operating activities to Portbilet is just one of a number of already accomplished changes in Vipservice's corporate business, however all of them have a single goal: to 100% satisfy the customer's expectations, meeting the most relevant market requirements.
