Seminar by Aeroflot in Vipservice

The Holding's personnel and subagents-leaders by the number of bookings of Aeroflot flights were invited to the seminar. Ability to hear first hand about latest developments of the carrier and ask questions provided 100% attendance of the joint event organized by Vipservice Holding and Aeroflot.

Two-hour seminar began with a product presentation. The carrier's representatives explained about changes in rules and regulations of luggage transportation, about peculiarities of payment for bookings by credit cards, reminded where on the airline's website one can find an answer to almost any question of the agent, and addressed many other relevant topics.

Particular attention was paid to the preparation of the carrier to the World Cup. Speakers mentioned about special rates in the Championship host cities, about the opening of Terminal B, explained about the airline's nearest plans to move there about 50 domestic flights. Representatives of Aeroflot noted the convenience of the underground passage connecting the terminal with Sheremetyevo D, E, F and reminded the agents of the necessity to take into account the minimum connection time.

The second and major part of the seminar was devoted to answers to the questions of subagents related to technological peculiarities of booking air tickets in different occupational situations. The hottest topic was fines and how to avoid them.
