Vipservice Holding annually conducts a comprehensive study aimed at identifying the motivation, satisfaction and loyalty of employees. The results obtained are compared with the indicators of the previous year.

Immediately after processing the data, it became clear that this year a larger number of participants gave their attention and time to the study: 71% compared to 58% in 2023, which is 462 people — 399 were last year. It is worth noting that this is not a short survey for an "operational cross—section" - there were 83 questions. Participants from all businesses of the holding were involved.

Employees have retained their set of values — they still note financial stability (68.5% vs 69.3%), work in a leading company (33.9% vs 39%), comfortable interaction (49.2% vs 42.1%) as key factors for choosing Vipservice.

"It is particularly worth noting that the analysis of work experience in the company showed the success of the adaptation program for new employees," says Pavel Razin, HR Director of the holding.

Employees evaluated various parameters that affect their satisfaction: workload level in relation to remuneration, psychological climate, social package, training opportunities, as well as a number of details such as furniture quality, design, cleanliness, air conditioning system, coffee points operation. The results of the evaluation of these indicators demonstrated both a fairly high level of satisfaction in general, and showed what is worth working on — for example, expanding the assortment in mini-markets.

The issue of the psychological climate in the team, communication with direct and senior management was considered separately: the team form of work prevails 83.5% (81.06% last year), the head did not allow injustice 95.2% (93.75% last year), managers assessed the work of their subordinates objectively 65% (62.27% last year).

The survey examined the current level of motivation and identified growth areas for it. Thus, the respondents were most interested in cash bonuses and training programs. The number of employees linking their career plans with the holding has increased: 69.7% development at the current location (66.25% last year), 30.7% increase in their division (29.69% last year).

The staff has become more aware of the business processes and general goals of the holding. The number of employees who feel teamwork and the uniqueness of the company has increased.

Most familiar Vipservice employees know what their employer is doing: 80.3% this year (79.22% last year). The holding has a strong HR brand: 93.3% are ready to recommend the company (92.53% last year), 74.4% are proud to talk about working in Vipservice (72.55% last year).

The holding is satisfied with the results of the conducted research: It turned out to be quite informative, drew attention to the available areas for development, and also showed a number of positive achievements that were achieved in comparison with last year.
