Immunity has been formed

In June 2021, management of the holding decided to conduct a general vaccination in order to form collective immunity. The program included several stages - education, involvement and motivation.

The educational part included online meetings with an immunologist, where employees could ask questions about process and consequences of the vaccination. Engagement took place through the By Personal Example program. Photographs of vaccinated C-level and mid-level executives were exhibited in the office. Motivation and support - Friday fruit. Everything was for a purpose. By mid-August, we had formed collective immunity. “It is gratifying to see such awareness in the company – at the moment we can confidently say that in less than 2 months collective immunity in Vipservice has been formed,” points out the General Director of the holding, Irina Solovyova.
