Dmitry Gorin awarded Aeroflot and S7 Airlines

A solemn awarding ceremony of Skyway Service Award was held in Moscow last week in the framework of the 5th National Exhibition of Civil Aviation Infrastructure NAIS 2018. This industry award is awarded annually to Russian and foreign airlines for best service and client programs. It is noteworthy that the winners are chosen not by experts, but by passengers, by direct consumers of airline services. Biletix, B2C project of Vipservice Holding, was one of the passenger voting partners.

Airlines were awarded for service in the following categories: business class, economy class, charter flights, on-board duty free, service for passengers with children and passengers with disabilities, on-board entertainment and communication system, online services for clients, loyalty program for passengers.

Dmitry Gorin, Director General of Vipservice Holding, who was a member of the Supervisory Council of the award, presented awards and congratulated the winners in two nominations. S7 Airlines was awarded for the "Best online services for clients (booking, electronic boarding pass, booking management, additional services)". The award for the ''Best loyalty program for passengers" was given to Aeroflot.

As the "number one" agent of the national carrier Aeroflot, we are pleased to note that the airline won in four key nominations at once. In addition to the best loyalty program, Aeroflot was awarded as the best airline in "Business class, international scheduled flights", "Business class, domestic scheduled flights", "Economy class, international scheduled flights" categories.
