On March 5, 2019, at the Turandot restaurant in Moscow, Lufthansa Group gave awards to its best partners in Russia. Vipservice was recognised as a platinum partner of the leading German airline by sales volume in 2018, confirming its status as the main agent in the Russian market. Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a company of the holding, also received a certificate as the "Best selling agent for international flights".
