Vipservice Hosts an Open Day

Vipservice hosted an Open Day in its corporate block on 31 October. They told the invited guests about the unit's fundamental restructuring, and how the holding and its customers would benefit from these changes.

The "Reset" happened to the workflow, personnel, quality of service, and the renovation of the office interior. As a result, there was an increase in the agents' efficiency, an improvement in the quality of the service without an increase in fees, and strict adherence to the SLA and travel policies.

During the meeting with the guests, the management of the Vipservice holding company shared their plans for the transition from TMC to the format of a technological business travel management agency, which will combine high-quality consulting and convenient service before the trip, during it and after it. Olga Dolgova, the head of VIP Corporate Travel, one of the most important assets of the corporate business of Vipservice holding, elaborated on the changes in the technology of work of the managers. Specifically, she announced about completing the transfer of all the company's travel agents to the single window system and about implementing the customer request management system in the summer of 2018, which together increased the speed and quality of processing applications.

The holding's customers could meet and talk with their working group of managers and saw a new approach to customer service in action: the 'troika' (triplet), consisting of a sales manager, a customer manager and a financial controller.

The renewed team of Vipservice's corporate unit told the current and potential customers about all the stages of their work with requests in detail and demonstrated new automated systems that help make the managers' work even more customer-oriented. You could see that the raised topics were relevant for the market: during the presentations, the guests were not idle and contributed to the development of a new analytical tool by proposing several improvements.
