American Express Bank awarded Vipservice for its great work

"The Best Partner 2017" award was established by American Express Bank on the occasion of 10-years anniversary of BTA on Russian market. A dedicated group of employees from Commercial Department and Operational Partnership Department of American Express Bank evaluated currently certified partners in business tourism sector across the most business critical criteria.

 The following were the major criteria of the evaluation:

• Compatibility with ВТА and vPayment products;
• Turnover as of the end of 2016;
• Turnover in 2017 (current customers + new ones) in % in relation to 2016;
• Increasing amount of new customers in 2017 in % in relation to 2016;
• Growth of turnover in 2017 due to new customers in % in relation to 2016;
• Presence of information about ВТА product on partner's website and in marketing content;
• Capability to activate option of payment for ВТА statement according to confirmation documents by the agent;
• Automation of process for charging finances from BTA card and integration with internal agency processes;
• Quality of reconciliation of agency's registries with information on finances charged from BTA;
• Integrity of data in files sent by the agency to American Express Bank; 
• Capability to pass data about transactions via BTA card into ERP system.
